Some great tips for teaching women ‘how to’ turn their core on. This is definitely a problem i come across often when telling women how to ‘turn on their core’.
Imagining your going for a pee is a great way for doing that lol. I never really thought of it that way but it makes perfect sense.
One exercise i’m using alot for training the core is v-ups, i’d be keen to see your take on it!
