		<description>I own two skipping ropes. One is a speed rope which I use for warm-ups and cardiovascular training. The other is a weighted rope (fairly heavy) which works my arms out like crazy. 

I never enjoyed skipping with the leather ropes. I can never get up to the speed I want.

But there is no other exercise like skipping rope. All you need is the rope and a little bit of space and you can get a great cardiovascular workout. It&#039;s tough at first but once you get it it&#039;s amazing!</description>
