		<description><![CDATA[I own two skipping ropes. One is a speed rope which I use for warm-ups and cardiovascular training. The other is a weighted rope (fairly heavy) which works my arms out like crazy. 

I never enjoyed skipping with the leather ropes. I can never get up to the speed I want.

But there is no other exercise like skipping rope. All you need is the rope and a little bit of space and you can get a great cardiovascular workout. It&#039;s tough at first but once you get it it&#039;s amazing!]]></description>

In the last 18 months I dropped approx 25kgs (about 55lbs) through yoga, changing my diet (weight watchers) and generally being more active.
I&#039;m still at my lowest ever weight. I think it&#039;s all about changing for good - a diet isn&#039;t short term, exercise isn&#039;t short term. It&#039;s a way of life. From now to the end.
And don&#039;t forget to be kind to yourself.]]></description>
